Growing with SEO respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you visit growingwithseo.com, contact us, request an audit, or use our services.
In this policy, "Growing with SEO," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Quirijnen Group Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, trading as Growing with SEO. We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong (the "PDPO").

Information you provide
When you contact us or request a free AI visibility audit, we collect the information you submit. This may include your name, work email address, website address, and details about your business goals.
If you choose to provide competitors' websites or additional context, we use that information to understand your request.
If you become a client, we may also process business contact details, agreements, invoices, correspondence, and information needed to deliver the agreed services. Access to website accounts, analytics, or other business systems is arranged separately where the work requires it.
Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, sensitive personal information, or confidential information about your customers through our general inquiry or audit forms.
Information collected when you visit the website
Our website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel and our other infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This can include your IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, access times, and error or security logs.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools on this website.
How we use your information
We use personal information for the purposes below. We do not use it for automated decisions that significantly affect you.

Audit requests and direct marketing
Requesting an audit or contacting us allows us to respond to that request and discuss relevant next steps. It does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not currently run a marketing email list.
We will not use your personal information for direct marketing unless you give consent or indicate you have no objection. Silence is not consent. If we introduce marketing emails, we will tell you how to subscribe, and each message will include a way to unsubscribe. You can withdraw consent or ask us to stop at any time, free of charge, by contacting hello@growingwithseo.com. We may still send communications necessary to manage an active service relationship.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Websites may also use similar technologies to remember preferences, support forms, understand usage, or measure advertising.
This website does not currently set cookies and does not use optional analytics or advertising technologies. If that changes, we will update this section and, where the law requires, ask for your consent first.

When information is shared
We share relevant information only with service providers that help us operate the business and deliver requested services. These currently include:
- Vercel, which hosts the website and receives technical request data.
- FormSubmit, which processes form submissions and forwards them to us by email. It receives the details you enter in the form.
- Zoho Mail, which hosts our business email at hello@growingwithseo.com and stores the messages we send and receive, including forwarded form submissions.
- Google Fonts, which serves website fonts and receives your IP address when the fonts load.
We may add providers for scheduling, document storage, project management, accounting, or research as the business grows, and we will update this list.
We may also disclose information where required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
AI visibility research
AI visibility research may involve testing questions about your business, services, market, and competitors using search and AI platforms.
We use publicly available website information to assess how a business appears in those systems. We do not enter your name or email address into AI or research tools as part of preparing an audit. If that practice changes, we will update this policy.
How long we retain information
We retain personal information according to its purpose, our business needs, and applicable legal requirements.
- Inquiries and audit requests: up to 24 months after our last contact with you.
- Client records, agreements, and correspondence: for the length of the engagement and up to 6 years afterward.
- Invoices and financial records: for as long as the law requires us to keep them.
- Website logs: held by our hosting provider under its own retention schedule.
- Backups: deleted on the providers' normal cycles.
When information is no longer required, we delete it or anonymize it according to the processes applicable to the systems holding it. Some information may need to be retained longer to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.
How we protect information
We use safeguards appropriate to the personal information we handle and the systems we use. The website is served over HTTPS, so data you submit is encrypted in transit. Access to our business accounts and inboxes is limited to people who need it to do their work.
No website, storage system, or method of transmitting information can be guaranteed completely secure.
International processing
Our service providers may store or process information outside Hong Kong, including in the United States, where Vercel, Zoho, Google, and FormSubmit may operate. Data protection laws there may differ from those in Hong Kong. We choose established providers and take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected. You can ask us for more information about them using the contact details below.
Your privacy rights
Under the PDPO, you have the right to ask whether we hold personal data about you and to receive a copy of it (a data access request). You also have the right to ask us to correct data that is inaccurate. If you live elsewhere, other laws may give you additional rights, such as to delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent.
To make a request, email hello@growingwithseo.com in writing. Say which right you are exercising and which information it covers. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We will respond within 40 days of receiving your request, as the PDPO requires. We may charge a fee for a data access request, which will not be excessive. If we cannot comply with a request, we will tell you why.
If you have a concern about how we handled your personal data, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong (pcpd.org.hk).
External websites
Our website may link to other websites or services. Their handling of personal information is governed by their own privacy notices. Review those notices before submitting information to them.
Children's privacy
Growing with SEO provides business marketing services and does not direct its website or services to children.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact hello@growingwithseo.com so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, systems, or information practices change. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date.
